The Authority of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions has recently launched the “snow festival in the summer”. This is a unique event of its kind visitors enchanting world of snowy full of fun and entertainment for the entire family, as will be launched at the beginning of next July to coincide with the Eid al-Fitr.
This will be the largest gathering of activities and sports and offers the snowy interior to suit different ages and longer.
Over the past 11 days, visitors have enjoyed playing in the low-temperature grades and test natural soft snow, where snow is produced by a huge apparatus of the empty net additions of synthetic water, which is recycled environment-friendly techniques to ensure the health and safety of visitors of all ages.
The festival will provide a track for skiing covering an area of 400 square meters area of archery targets with laser pistols. Moreover, there is the “snow festival in the summer,” the most advanced virtual reality equipment, which enables visitors to control the ski environment and test integrated experience is unprecedented.
The venue is a 300-square meters dedicated for “Snow Garden” decorated with statues of penguins and polar bears, and also includes dwelling Inuit people “Alaaglu”. Children can walk, play or ski there. It will host “snow festival in the summer,” live performances by artists of the sculpture on the ice, where visitors will enjoy seeing them through their work on the unique and distinctive sculptures of the most important sights in the Kingdom
of Bahrain.
There will be loads of fun and entertainment including booths to eat and drink, and ice-cream shops.
The event will provide visitors an integrated entertainment experience through a variety of equipment and tools, such as boots and snowboards, and spare furniture designed specifically to play. A cool festival to chill out in this summer!
