Al Areen Palace and Spa introduces Wellbeing Packages

Al Areen Palace & Spa Taking the Wellness Option

This five-star resort has introduced a new range of wellbeing packages including spa treatments, healthy and dietary advice.

The new wellness and retreat program at Al Areen Palace & Spa offers a wide range of services including therapeutic massages, body and facial treatments, holistic body works and purification programs.

The re-energizing program offers a range of holistic spa treatments including yoga, a wellness assessment and consultation with a wellness master.

The detoxification is a balanced approach to restoration including daily healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, lymphatic drainage massages and skin purification.

The weight optimization program focuses on burning more calories than intake, inclusive of daily power burn, stretching, limb treatment, healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and more.

Al Areen has designed dietary regimes that focus on different health objectives for the duration of your stay and contain a variety of fruits, vegetables and protein. They can be adjusted to accommodate preferences or allergens.

Prices for the program start at BD180 and are inclusive of two nights’ accommodation at Al Areen Palace & Spa, round-trip transportation from the airport, personal training, unlimited use of fitness facilities and water therapy garden, a private session in the Hydro Vitality Garden and Oriental pedicure and manicure.

Brides-to-be benefit by this as well, with an ultimate Bachelorette Party package that includes multiple checkups for blood sugar and blood pressure, skin analysis, and offers holistic purification body treatments and healthy lunch, and much more to achieve radiant beauty before the big day.

Less intense programs include a day retreat and healing which is available for groups of 5 to 20 people and provides access to the fitness facilities & water therapy garden plus discount on all spa treatments, gift vouchers & restaurants. The Corporate Wellbeing programs include wellness assessment, wellness activities, team building activities & games, seminar & workshop with nutritionist, healthy lunch and DIY spa treatment.

The program is particularly relevant for spa enthusiasts, travelers, and health and wellness practitioners between 20 and 60 years of age, though everyone is welcome.

Dr. Essa Faqeeh, CEO of Al Areen Investment Company, hailed this initiative saying: “Al Areen Palace & Spa is the ideal location in the Gulf to become the flag bearer for health and wellness programs. With its lush landscapes, beautiful and expansive gardens, and its possession of the largest spa in Bahrain, Al Areen is truly the ideal destination for spa enthusiasts, health conscious individuals, and healthcare professionals.
