Al Haddad Motors won three major awards at the 2021 Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East Awards that was held virtually from Dubai.
Al Haddad Motors won the Best Sales Target Agreement Achievement, as well as two customer satisfaction awards that include Best Sales CSI improvement award and Best Customer Services CSI improvement award. These awards are an affirmation of Al Haddad Motors’ dedication and commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction and to providing a service that reflects the Mercedes-Benz standards. Not only are these awards for best improvement, we are delighted to confirm that Al Haddad Motors are now number one for CSI in both Sales & Customer services in the GCC.
The Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East Awards is an annual event that recognizes the work and efforts of all the Mercedes-Benz General Distributors around the region. The awards were presented by Daimler AG representatives including the New President & CEO of MBCME, Martin Schulz, Vice President Krishan Bodhani, Customer Services Director, Thilo Grossmann, as well as Head of Network and Training, Pablo Souto.
