After witnessing great success and a wide range of participation, Al Nukhba Programme 2015, a youth training and development initiative, is set to launch its second phase under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Hisham Bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the capital governor, with the support of leading organisations that includes Batelco and Tamkeen.
As part of the Programme, more than 700 Bahraini graduates from different universities and educational institutions have registered for the training scheme.
The trainees will be given the opportunities to improve important skills that include leadership, problem-solving, job interview preparation and computer proficiency. The training Programme is being provided by a number of national entities such as Batelco, Tamkeen and in collaboration with Ms. Hind Mahmood, Career Coach and the Vice President of Human Resource and Administration at Bahrain Airport Company.
Launching the second phase of Al Nukhba Programme comes in line with the end of the academic year 2015, with a large number graduates who are searching for suitable work opportunities.
Al Nukhba is an innovative Programme and is considered as the first of its kind in the region. It aims to create solutions to streamline the hiring of new Bahraini graduates. The Programme also aims to educate the graduates and job seekers on the market’s requirements, allowing them to leverage their skills and abilities.
