Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), one of the world’s leading aluminium smelters in Safety and Health, celebrated its recent appointment as an approved and licensed Training Provider for the course ‘Managing Safely’ by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), UK at Alba Club on Sunday 10 December 2017.
The celebration was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development Undersecretary Mr. Sabah bin Salem Al Dossari and attended by the Secretary General of the Royal Charity Organization and President of Bahrain Safety Society Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed, Head of Customer Engagement at IOSH Ms. Deena Al Khalidi, Alba’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer Ali Al Baqali, Alba’s Executive Management, key officials from Alba as well as representatives from the Ministry of Interior, the Southern Governorate and the Supreme Council for Environment.
Commenting on this occasion, Alba’s Deputy CEO Ali Al Baqali said:

The ‘Managing Safely’ course by IOSH is designed to provide managers and supervisors the knowledge and tools required to manage their business environment safely.
