Tim Murray, the Chief Executive Officer of Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), addressed a large gathering of Susquehanna University faculty members and students at the institution’s Campus on Monday December 04, 2017.
Murray delivered a presentation titled ‘CEO Words of Wisdom’ that highlighted the significance of direct communication, coaching and leadership. He introduced the students to his own ‘Words of Wisdom’ (WoWs)’, which focussed on success factors in one’s Career, Management and Personal life. He also shared many of his career and personal experiences as well as emphasised on what it takes to deliver the historically significant Line 6 Expansion Project.
Addressing the students of Susquehanna University, Murray said: “Education is the best investment in our lives. It is only by investing in lifelong learning and continuous improvement, we can empower ourselves to be effective and adaptive leaders in this ever-changing world.”
