Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C (Alba), with the aim to improve the preparedness and overall alignment of its employees, is conducting a workshop on ‘The Power of Strategic Conversations’ subject by Mark Magnacca for the Executive Management team and Managers on 12 and 13 November 2017 at Alba Club.
The Workshop is being delivered by Mark who is a recognized business building coach, keynote speaker and author of “So What? How to Communicate What Really Matters to Your Audience”.
The Workshop on ‘The Power of Strategic Conversations’ will focus on developing effective ways for strategic conversations as well as communicating with peers and subordinates. It will also emphasise on the lessons learned from Alba’s Line 5 Recovery that can benefit the Line 6 Start-Up Project.

This is Mark Magnacca second workshop for Alba employees when the previous one was held in January 2016 on his book “So What? How to Communicate What Really Matters to Your Audience”.
The ‘Power of Strategic Conversations’ workshop will be also delivered by Mark for all Alba Management teams in this week at Alba Club.
