Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), the Bahrain-based international aluminium smelter, is a key partner in the 20th edition of The Arab International Aluminium Conference (ARABAL), which is taking place from November 22 to 24, 2016 at Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre, Dubai, UAE.
Hosted by Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) this year, ARABAL is the premium trade event for the Middle East’s aluminium industry.
Being the Guest of Honour, Alba’s Chairman of the Board of Directors Shaikh Daij Bin Salman Bin Daij Al Khalifa said:
“Alba and EGA have an excellent and long-standing relationship, which has been further fortified with the signing of DX+ Ultra Technology for Alba’s Line 6 Expansion Project.
It is an honour to be present in this trade event, which is a testimony to the solid cooperation between the region’s primary aluminium producers.”
Alba’s Chief Executive Officer Tim Murray, who is one of the Executive-Industry panelists at ARABAL 2016, added:

Alba has been participating in ARABAL since its launch in 1983. This year as well, Alba was represented by a high-level delegation comprising members of the Executive Management team, Directors and other officials. The Company will be showcasing its portfolio of high-grade aluminium products during the exhibition.
