B8ak aims to revolutionize the Bahraini home service market by providing reliable, affordable and fast service to all home and business owners!

  • B8ak بيتك (Pronounced ‘Baitak’) is a mobile-phone home services marketplace app, where customers can book reliable, affordable and fast home services covered by the service warranty.
  • B8ak بيتك works by connecting home and business owners with a verified, rated and reviewed list of service pros in their area.
  • Starting 1st of July, 2019, B8ak بيتك will allow its customer to receive up to five (5) quotes per job from different service pros to select the best suitable offer (For larger-scale services only, such as painting).
  • B8ak بيتك also aims to support the local economy by empowering Bahraini SMEs and technicians to work as service pros in the app and gain monthly income that ranges between BD 300 – BD 1500 per service pro! Creating more than 500 work opportunities.

B8ak بيتك team, Saudi Arabia in association with Almoayyed International Group, is pleased to announce the official launch of its mobile-phone home services marketplace app in the Kingdom of Bahrain. With this new app, the company aims to provide home and business owners an easier way to book home maintenance and care services via a verified, rated and reviewed list of service pros in their area with only a few clicks!

Today, B8ak بيتك features more than 50 home maintenance and care services in Bahrain, such as air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, pest control and much more. In addition, the app provides its customers with a warranty on jobs, continuous discounts and special offers supported by an easy same-day or next-day appointment-booking feature. B8ak بيتك has more than 100,000+ happy customers in Saudi Arabia, with an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5 – B8ak promise is to remove any service pro with low performance rating, keeping the app with only the best service pros in the area.

In addition, B8ak بيتك is pleased to announce the launch of its newly developed bidding feature for larger-scale services, such as painting, on 1st of July, 2019. This feature will allow customers to receive up to five (5) different quotes from five (5) different service pros in their area, to compare market prices and select the best suitable offer for them.

It also makes it easier for trade professionals to build their business. Simply by registering as a service pro, the tasks of marketing, lead chasing, appointment scheduling, route optimization planning and payment collection, invoice generation all become streamlined within the app. This allows service professionals to build a business pipeline without stopping work, so they can focus on delivering high-quality services to customers.

As a result, one of the objectives is to support the local economy by supporting more than 500 local SMEs and technicians in the field of home services by providing them a monthly income that ranges from BD 300 – BD 1500 per service pro, depending on performance quality and customers’ ratings.

“Home maintenance repairs never come at a good time, and with everyone always on-the-go, the process of having to stop everything and scour for a reputable handyman isn’t realistic anymore,” said Khalid Alhmili, CEO of B8ak Mobile Applications. “B8ak is changing the way consumers think about home maintenance by helping them schedule the work instantly, on their schedule and at best price! We’re excited to bring that valuable service to Bahrain.”
