Winners of “Shop Bahrain” Raffle Draws honoured

The organizing committee of ‘Shop Bahrain’ announced the winners of the raffle draw during the second week of the Festival. The winners were honored at the Bahrain Auto Fair 2018, where they were invited on stage to receive their prizes. The fair will run until the 27th of January at the Bahrain Financial Harbor.

The Bahrain Auto Fair 2018, first of its kind, which is held in conjunction with the ‘Shop Bahrain’ Festival, aims to attract all those interested in the automotive world and showcases a large group of international car manufacturers and support services. The fair covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters, and an area that includes a special driving test section for those who wish to experience the showcased cars.

In addition, the fair aims to attract more than 40,000 visitors throughout its duration, offering a variety of leisure activities to visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom; it is also part of the events aimed at increasing tourists and visitors to Bahrain.

“We are very pleased with the success of the first edition of the Bahrain Auto Fair 2018, and are very proud of all the new events aimed at revitalizing the tourism sector as well as attracting a wide range of visitors,” commented Director of ‘Shop Bahrain’ Mr. Yousef Al Khan.

“We also congratulate the winners of the raffle draw of the ‘Shop Bahrain’ Festival during the second week and encourage everyone to shop during the Festival to increase their chances of winning,” he added.

Further commenting on the event, the Vice Chairman of Bahrain Auto Fair 2018 Organizing Committee, Mr. Nasser Basem Al Hamar, stated: “We are pleased to join efforts with the ‘Shop Bahrain’ Festival, one of the largest events held in the Kingdom. This participation is a great opportunity to promote the first edition of the fair and introduce it to a wider public base from Bahrain and neighboring countries.”

The Bahrain Shopping Festival, which runs from January 11 to February 10, 2018, aims to revitalize the tourism, retail and food sectors and aims to showcase the Kingdom’s position as an accessible family destination, renowned for its close proximity to the Gulf countries. The Festival will offer a diverse range of retail experiences. Shoppers will be enrolled in the Festival’s loyalty system when purchasing directly from any participating outlet and partner enabling them to win up to 80,000 prizes.
