Businesses and agents have a quick and convenient method of paying their  customs taxes, via the available service on the National Portal, bahrain.bh.

Provided by the Ministry of Interior’s Customs Affairs and the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), the ‘Pay Customs Fees and Taxes’ service is a real time saver for all beneficiaries. This includes customs clearance agents, Bahraini or GCC importers and business owners, government and non-government entities, international organizations, military missions, embassies and consulates, universities, schools, and other academic, professional, and technical training institutes accredited by the Ministry of Education, as well as Bahrain Customs itself.

The service allows users to pay fees and taxes online without the need to visit service centers. It also offers a couple of payment methods using debit and credit cards. All you have to do is visit the Portal and select ‘Pay Customs Fees and Taxes’. Then, you enter the customs information required to view related details, such as the Customs Declaration Number, Importer Identity Number, total fees in Bahraini Dinars, due taxes, and other information. Then enter your personal contact details, such as your phone number or email, and finally complete the payment transaction. Users will have the option of printing or emailing a copy of the receipt to keep it as proof of payment.

For more information, please visit the National Portal bahrain.bh. For any suggestions or enquiries, please contact us via the National Suggestions & Complaints System Tawasul at bahrain.bh/apps or bahrain.bh/tawasul.
