Held under the patronage of the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf Bahrain Property Brokerage Expo 2018 promises to be an invaluable annual real estate platform where sellers and buyers can meet under one roof.
Organized on March 14-15 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center (BIECC), visitors will have an excellent opportunity to shop across a spectrum of available properties with different price ranges and specifications.

This inaugural event held for the first time this year is organized by Bahrain Real Estate Association with Expressions Marketing Communications and in strategic partnership with Tamkeen and supported by many key institutions in the region.

Aseel Al Mohandis, Managing Director of Expressions, the event organizer said: “The Expo is intended to fill the gap between local demand and supply of residential and commercial properties offered, and has been hugely successful in serving a significant segment of investors and beneficiaries of housing facilities”. She added: “It has also proved a boon to new investors like newlyweds looking to set up a home, and GCC nationals. It has also provided an opportunity to meet with real estate brokers, property developers and other service providers who will offer supporting services needed by property buyers”.

Bahrain Property Brokerage Expo 2018 has been organized in line with the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, which supports economic investment in non-oil sectors. The Expo is gaining tremendous support and participation from regional traders and property agents working in the real estate sector. It will also empower a generation of qualified and passionate Bahrainis who will drive the real estate sector to thrive in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Aseel added: “The Bahrain Property Brokerage Expo 2018 also promotes a culture of property investment, supporting the development of professionals wanting to work in the real estate sector and in services available in the field of property investment and brokerage. The Expo main objectives are to attract and facilitate GCC property investments in the Bahraini market; gather all related regulatory and licensing departments, property brokers, property developers, service providers and financial institutions all under one roof; showcase existing and future properties at competitive prices; create a periodic event where real estate investors and professionals can meet and interact and to train and develop real estate practitioners for property investment and brokerage.”

Alongside the main event, the Expo also hosted several parallel seminars that covered a variety of relevant issues and current real estate topics including discussions on new regulations and opportunities; training of Bahrainis to work as property professionals and practitioners, property investment and marketing, and regional and local real estate trends.
