The Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), organisers of the School Mini Olympics, has added the finishing touches on this year’s event, which takes place next month.

The organizing committee, headed by Fajer Jassim, made discussions on the final arrangements to be made prior to the Mini Olympics kick-off.

The focus of the meeting was the steps to provide nutrition for students taking part, as well as the promotional campaign to cover a higher scale across the kingdom by distributing posters and prints at schools and in social media.

Among other issues were subjects related to medical support as an ambulance will be made available at every venue during the competition, in addition to the Information Technology directorate preparations to launch a dedicated website, offering live feeds related to the event.
