Transportation and Telecommunications Minister, Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed, received here today the UK Minister for International Trade, Ranil Jayawardena, in the presence of the British Ambassador to Bahrain, Roderick Drummond.
The Minister reviewed relations between the two friendly countries, and ways to bolster them in the fields of transportations and telecommunications, affirming Bahrain’s keenness to strengthen its ties with the UK for the best interests of the two countries and their peoples.
The two sides also discussed topics of mutual interest.
Ranil Jayawardena expressed thanks and appreciation to the Transportation and Telecommunications Minister for his interest in enhancing the friendship and cooperation relations between Bahrain and the United Kingdom.
