Bahrain’s Brave Combat Federation in Mexico to air across 84 countries

Brave Combat Federation which is found under the vision and leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa have achieved a new milestone as the sports media initiative will televise their flagship event in Mexico to 84 countries. Brave will be holding the event in Mexico on 29th July, 2017 in Plaza de Toros Caliente at Tijuana. Within a year of incubation, events had been conducted in the Kingdom of Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, India, Brazil, Mexico and Kazakhstan to be televised to over 833 million households around the world. The upcoming events are scheduled to take place in Mexico on 29th July and in Brazil on 12th August, 2017.

The Bahrain based sports promotion has achieved a historic milestone, making sure that the organization is on course to become a truly global MMA promotion, as the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa under the guidance and leadership of CEO Mohammed Shahid comes to fruition. The latest development has resulted in a major media exposure for the Kingdom of Bahrain through the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. This has far reaching implications as this gives global exposure to upcoming athletes from the Middle East as well as promote the sport of Mixed Martial Arts globally. The expansion in media exposure will also open more global partnership opportunities and financial avenues for investment by establishing the Kingdom of Bahrain as a major sporting and tourism destination in the region.

The events organised by Brave Combat Federation, will be televised live in 49 countries and tape delayed telecast will occur in 35 countries. Apart from going live in the Middle East, the event will also be televised live in Germany, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Demark, Norway, Finland, Brazil, Italy, Australia and New Zealand. The significant achievement in media reach and global exposure is a significant change as the Kingdom of Bahrain is set to host the 2017 IMMAF World Championships in November.

Initiatives implemented under the leadership of Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa through Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa Mixed Martial Arts (KHK MMA) has gained global attention for Bahrain as the hub for combat sports. Brave 7: Untamed marks the first ever event by the Bahrain based initiative on Mexican soil. On 12th August, Brazil will host the next event by the Bahrain based MMA initiative where Timo Feucht from Germany will face Klidson Abreu from Brazil followed by Mohammad Fakhreddine from Lebanon facing Carl Booth from the United Kingdom for the championship titles of Brave Combat Federation.
