Labour and Social Development Minister Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan met the Director of the International Organisation for Child Protection Salman Khalid Sabat Al Sebei.
They reviewed Bahrain’s efforts to boost child protection and the programmes carried out by the Labour and Social Development Ministry. They develop the children’s creativity and provide children’s with special needs with the needed care.
The Labour and Social Development Minister underlined the great importance accorded to the child sector which has known many achievements. The National Child Strategy represents a framework to promote children’s rights.
Al Sebei hailed the efforts made by the Bahraini government in boosting the children’s rights. He expressed keenness on more cooperation to further optimise the services provided to the children.
