As part of its ongoing efforts to support and encourage its employees. Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS) has honored a group of employees for their selection as ideal employees of month.
On this occasion, Mr. Salman Al-Mahmeed, CEO of the company, stressed that the company’s strategy establishes the priority of attention to and investment in human cadres as an inexhaustible asset.
He added: “A few months ago, BAS Company honored all its Bahraini employees with an increase in salaries, which reflected positively on staff performance and productivity. And this is why we recognize the importance of appreciation and rewards for the motivation of the job, so we are keen monthly to honor the number of those selected as employees of the month”.
On the other hand, the honorees were delighted to be selected as ideal employees for the month. They are proud to be part of the BAS Company, which is proud to welcome its employees in order to achieve the best level of satisfaction, which will reflect on their performance and quality of services provided by the company. The honorees for this month are: Mohamed Ghuloom, A’ala Al-Asfoor, and Adnan Al-Mulla.
