BAS receives four certificates from Cathay Pacific

Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) received a delegation from Cathay Pacific Airlines, after BAS received four certificates of appreciation from them.

The certificates about: the 2017 Excellent Performance in Airport Services, Achieving High Quality Requirements in Customer Services for Passengers, Achieving Best Overall Results in Aircraft Logon Experience, and a Certificate to Achieve the General Requirements for Timely Delivery and Highest Performance In the last year 2017.

Mr. Salman Al Mahmeed, CEO of BAS said “We are proud of our positive relationships with our customers and we are continually developing and improving BAS services in line with international standards. Especially as BAS is celebrating its 40th anniversary soon, which means that it is able to read the world of aviation market and airport services and provide the best services”.

The Cathay Pacific Airline delegation praised BAS’s efforts at Bahrain International Airport, one of their international destinations. Cathay Pacific is one of the world’s leading airlines, serving more than 46 destinations worldwide.
