In line with the Company’s commitment to support the Kingdom’s efforts to promote arts and culture, Batelco announced its Gold sponsorship for the 13th edition of Spring of Culture, the most anticipated cultural event, which will be held from the 25th of February until the 19th of April 2018.
The Spring of Culture announced this year’s line up during a press conference held on Sunday 18th of February which was held at Qala’at Al Bahrain.
The festival aims to support the Kingdom’s growing tourism and leisure sector as well as aspiring to expand the role of arts and culture in the Kingdom of Bahrain and promote cultural awareness.
Batelco strongly believes in the vital role various forms of arts play in raising cultural awareness amongst the different societies and the nation overall and is pleased to be part of the festival which attracts a big number of people locally and from outside the Kingdom, reflecting positively on the local tourism and overall national economy.
In addition to the main programme of events, the festival features a successful Education and Community Programme which offers a wide variety of workshops in the field of arts and theatre.
