BBBF Women in Business Celebrates Bahrain Women’s Day

The Bahrain British Business Forum hosted the BBBF “Women in Business” Special Interest Group event on Sunday, 3rd of December 2017 at the K Hotel to celebrate Bahrain Women’s Day.

Guest Speaker, entrepreneur, certified CoachME and ICF Associate Certified Coach and trainer Sameera Ali Baba, gave a presentation on ways to grow creative capacity and enablement of teams to power problem solving. Sameera shared experiences inspired from her 19 years in marketing and training, with a strong focus on her projects aimed at empowering young people and creativity in businesses.

The meeting was very well attended by members and non-members of the BBBF; with whom she shared insights drawn from 5 years of national and regional training projects, attended by an excess of 2,500 trainees.

The past board member of the Bahrain Society for Training and Development, was named one of the top 100 women influencers in Bahrain by Business in Gulf and StartUp magazine for her contribution to the training field in 2017.

The BBBF is a leading network of businessmen and women in Bahrain. The forum has nine Special Interest Groups (SIGs), covering oil, gas & energy, hospitality, construction, banking & financial services, ICT and legal sectors; as well as organizational effectiveness, young professionals and women in business. The SIGs offer members and guests a valuable medium for exchanging industry specific ideas and discussing issues relevant to a particular sector in a more informal setting.
