The Bahrain British Business Forum (BBBF), in partnership with SteppingStone Global (SSG), a leading consulting, coaching and training organisation, held its second speed networking evening event for members, their guests and other interested business people at Al Murjan ballroom at the Movenpick Hotel this week.

The second event followed on from the success of the first speed networking event held in March. Over 50 people took part in a lively and enjoyable networking evening to meet and greet, and sharpen their networking skills.

The lead coaches were Mr. Jean Nicolai, Founder and President of SteppingStone Global and a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programme practitioner, and Mr. Mike Orlov, SteppingStone Global Partner, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a seasoned media veteran. Mr. Nicolai and Mr. Orlov discussed the helpfulness of networking for connecting professionally, and building and nurturing business relationships.

Commenting on the event Mr. Orlov said: “SteppingStone Global have been in Bahrain since 2009 and we know the market and the culture. Our first two events with BBBF have been fantastic. We’re delighted to facilitate successful, beneficial and fun networking events for professionals who are interested to network in a meaningful way.”

The BBBF is a growing network of businessmen and women in Bahrain, which now has over 450 members. The forum aims to promote trade and investment between Bahrain and Britain by offering opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing between the two business communities People interested in joining the Bahrain British Business Forum and staying up to date with events can find out more at www.bbbforum.org.
