BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold & Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of January 2016 at its headquarters in Manama.
On the 18th of February 2016, Mr. A.Karim Bucheery, Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold award to Abeer Swar from the Board Secretariat.
On the same day, Mr. Reyadh Sater Deputy Chief Executive – Business Group handed over the Silver award to A.Ghani Al-Hayki from CE office.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
