BENEFIT Partners with the BIBF for Training Programs

The BENEFIT Company, Bahrain’s Electronic Network for Financial Transactions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), for training, qualifications and capacity-building programmes offered by the Institute to the Banking and Financial sector at the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The CEO of BENEFIT, Mr. Abdulwahed AlJanahi said, “This partnership is part of the company’s plan to expand the horizons of cooperation on aspects of training and development. We strongly believe that the BIBF plays a vital role in providing high-quality training, as the Institute provides customised training solutions, especially those related to the services provided by the company. Training will include topics on the credit information system, the system of exchange checks, and electronic financial transfer systems.

The BIBF Director, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hameed Al Shaikh said, “The BIBF seeks to strengthen its training services and capacity building programmes both within and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, as we provide high-quality training to more than 63 countries around the world.” He also added, “We are proud to collaborate with BENEFIT as a strategic partner in providing the training requirements for the company related to the services of Banking and Government Institutions on the latest financial trends, such as Financial Technology, Cloud Computing and more.”

It is worth mentioning that the BIBF was established in 1981, and has benefited more than 340,000 learners in various fields, including Banking, Insurance, Leadership & Management, Academic programmes, in addition to providing internationally-recognised training solutions equipped with the latest technologies.
