This week in our taste of tradition column we have, for all you readers, the mezmerizing K Hotel’s Klouds Restaurant featured, situated in the most posh area of the Kingdom, Juffair!

Klouds, located at the lobby level, offers contemporary modern cuisine with a touch of Asia. Wondering what are we going to cook this week? Our Chef of the Week, Sylvester Rozario, who represents the K Hotel as the Executive Chef, also presents the Dish of the Week, Poached Fillet Of Beef set on carrot puree accompanied by loretter potatoes and baby vegetables. Oh gosh! don’t worry, we guarantee you it isn’t as hard as it sounds and it definitely is as tasty as you can imagine!

100 grams carrots

20 grams flour
