The Bin Hindi informatics Samsung service center at Riffa has been ranked No.2 in the region for ‘Best Performing ASC’ in 2018 by Samsung Gulf Electronics.

In order to keep up with the changing times, increased demand from customers and to compliment new and futuristic product introductions, Samsung Gulf Electronics (SGE) have their standard evaluation criteria in place and have also set KPIs to measure the level of customer service standards for all their GCC partners.
