Bin Hindi Informatics – Samsung Service Centre receives Top Ranking

The Bin Hindi informatics Samsung service center at Riffa has been ranked No.2 in the region for ‘Best Performing ASC’ in 2018 by Samsung Gulf Electronics.

In order to keep up with the changing times, increased demand from customers and to compliment new and futuristic product introductions, Samsung Gulf Electronics (SGE) have their standard evaluation criteria in place and have also set KPIs to measure the level of customer service standards for all their GCC partners.

“It gives me immense pleasure to announce this remarkable recognition we received, for which I have gained a lot of confidence to invest in people, product and premises, with the sole objective of staying on top, when it comes to customer service standards” Says Mr. Abdul Aziz Bin Hindi – Director & Deputy CEO of Bin Hindi Group while handing over the award to the team.

Mr. Abdul Aziz Bin Hindi along with management team at Bin Hindi Informatics congratulated each and every member of the Samsung service team, for their hard work and wished them every success for year 2019.
