As a part of the exciting activities and events taking place all around the Kingdom in celebration of Eid Al Adha; the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) has tied up with City Centre Bahrain to host a much-anticipated live show for a period of one week starting from the 8th September 2016.
Mall visitors, including families and children, are set to enjoy a fun-filled entertainment event, singing along to their favorite television shows – “Bananas in Pajamas” and “Teletubbies” – during the Eid break right in the heart of City Centre Bahrain. The audience will also get the chance to meet their favorite characters and take memorable pictures.
Three daily shows will be held, with each show running 45 minutes long. The “Teletubbies” show will start from 4:00pm, 6:00pm and 8:00pm, while the “Bananas in Pajamas” will start from 5:00pm, 7:00pm, and 9:00pm.
The shows, held free of charge, comes as part of the ‘Manama Gulf Capital of Tourism 2016’ calendar of events and is in line with BTEA’s ongoing efforts to attracts tourists and promote family tourism in the Kingdom.
As a part of its strategy, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority is keen to host events during public holidays in top holiday destinations such as City Centre Bahrain, the leading shopping leisure and entertainment destination in the Kingdom.
Commenting on the upcoming show; Director of Marketing and Tourism Promotion at the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, Mr. Yousef Mohamed AlKhan said: “During the Eid holidays, we are expecting a rise in the footfall of shopping malls mainly from visitors and tourists of neighboring countries. This is the perfect opportunity to host such international shows that showcases the Kingdom’s touristic elements. We would also like to thank City Centre Bahrain for hosting the event and we hope to fully entertain the audience.”

The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority will also host a number of exciting activities during the Eid break at Bab Al Bahrain.
