The Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), H.E. Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, received the Tunisian Republic Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, H.E. Mr. Mohammed bin Yousif.
During the meeting, H.E Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa discussed the means to further reinforce bilateral relations; creating strong ties between both countries specifically in the traditional handicraft field.
H.E Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa also lauded the relations between both countries across all aspects, further stressing the strengthening of joint cooperation and coordination that will in return serve both countries.
He also indicated BTEA’s readiness to enhance the bilateral relations with Tunisia towards achieving the common objectives of both countries with an aim to improve the handicraft sector and exchange experiences in the field.
The Tunisian Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and affirmed his commitment to enhance relations between both countries in the tourism field and further explore other bilateral initiatives.
