Shaikh Khaled bin Humood AlKhalifa, CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority met with Ahmed bin Aqeel AlKhateeb, Chairman of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, on the sidelines of the 26th edition of the Arabian Travel Market 2019, which was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the period from 28th April to 1st of May 2019.
During the meeting, Shaikh Khaled bin Humood AlKhalifa stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation and strengthening bilateral relations between the two institutions across all fields. The two parties also discussed the strategy of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority under the tourism identity (Ours.Yours), along with its objectives in supporting the Economic Vision 2030. Furthermore, the two parties explored the programs and initiatives of both institutions; in line with their common aim of enlivening the tourism sectors and encouraging increased tourism movement across the two Kingdoms.
At the end of this fruitful meeting, both parties called for the importance of implementing various means of cooperation and potential partnerships that aim at achieving the objectives of the two institutions in order to improve the tourism sector in the region and the world.
