Majid Al Futtaim—the leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia— is encouraging everyone to give during this 12th edition of ‘Make A Difference Together’ Ramadan campaign. City Centre Bahrain’s and its adjoining hotels: The Westin and Le Méridien City Centre Bahrain staff members led by example and donated to underprivileged families in Bahrain, on 30 May 2018.
City Centre Bahrain staff members including mall management, and the mall’s adjoining hotels: The Westin and Le Méridien City Centre Bahrain’s staff members, donated items including clothes, books, toys and non-perishable food items at the Special donation boxes, as part of Majid Al Futtaim’s 12th annual ‘Make A Difference Together’ campaign. All items will be distributed through the Islamic Association in Bahrain, which will help some of the Kingdom ‘s less fortunate families, in line with the spirit of the holy month.
“Make A Difference Together” campaign invites parents to educate their children to undertake kind acts that will make a positive difference in the lives of underprivileged families. Continuing into Eid, Majid Al Futtaim has put in place special donation boxes in its shopping malls across Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon, Oman and the UAE, encouraging parents and children to donate essential items.
