Help in shaping better future standards of government centers with the National Suggestions & Complaints System ‘Tawasul’ mobile app. Identity Card Service Center visitors have the opportunity to rate Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) center’s facilities, service agents, received services as well as their experiences by merely scanning the QR Code assigned individually in each of our branches (Isa Town, Muharraq or Mina Salman) – without any delays.

The iGA would like to ensure best-in-class service performance for its citizens; hence, the Authority considers it crucial to enhance customer experience and engage them in the improvement journeys by submitting their feedbacks and opinions on how their services were handled at the ID centers.

No more survey forms!!.. To make it hassle-free and least time-consuming when conducting the evaluation; visitors of the centers may access the Tawasul app (while being in the center) and select ‘Evaluating Government Service Centers’ option then capture the QR code available in several printed materials and boards fixed inside the centers. Users would then fill-out the 5 short survey questions using their smartphone devices and submit their responses. Results are then collected and assorted in order to continuously develop quality and performance of received services as well as achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction at Service Centers.
