“With our recent deployment and upgrade of NAV & LSRetail2013 solution to BDFS, we looked at ways of improving the transaction processing time with our EPOS and in particular the Credit Card processing time. For this we engaged with our Credit Card acquirer (CrediMax) to develop a single swipe solution from the CrediMax VeriFone devices and integrate with our EPOS solution LSRetail 2013. From project startup both CrediMax technical and IT Business support teams were very co-operative and ensured a smooth roll-out of single swipe solution across all our Stores. Transaction processing time has now being reduced dramatically thus improving the shopping experience for our customers” said Bahrain Duty Free, Deputy General Manager Mr. Bassam AlWardi.

“The support and interaction with CrediMax is very professional and have a very highly experienced team in delivering such solutions.
