The Crowne Plaza Bahrain, have recently hosted a fun filled Gergaoun evening in Khaimat Al Crowne, the hotels exclusive Ramadan venue.
The fun filled evening featured a treasure hunt and where presented with candy treats and a surprise performance from the hotel’s Tanoura Dancer.
The highlight of evening was the Lantern competition, where the children took part in crafting their beautifully designed lamps and have shined through the evening.
“Both parents and children had such an enjoyable time together creating a lantern that is special to them!”, said Charbel Hanna, General Manager. “It was truly heartwarming to see the level of effort and imagination that the kids put into their lanterns, and we are proud to have been able to provide a platform for them to display their talents”, she added.
Gergaoun, is a traditional children’s is celebration held every year on the 14th night of Ramadan and features children singing melodic music and collecting candies and treats in to their decorated bags.
