The Director General of Organization and Position Budget at Civil Service Bureau(CSB), Eng. Jamal Abdulaziz Al-Alawi, confirmed that the Bureau has completed 1600 different organizational studies during this year, with a rate of completion of 6 studies per day, as the studies included 21 main organizational structure, in addition to studying of a detailed organizational structures for 57 directorates and about 5500 positions, these studies have contributed in cooperation with various government entities to enhance the services, projects and programs provided to citizens and residents in various fields.
Eng. Jamal Abdulaziz Al-Alawi indicated that the completed organizational studies includes the main organizational structure of the Urban Planning and Development Authority, organizational structure of the Capital Secretariat, re-organization of Road Maintenance section at Projects and road maintenance directorate, he also pointed that the Bureau has re-organized the directorate of Special Education at the Ministry of Education and creation of Gulf Investor Center at the Ministry of Industry & Commerce & Tourism, in addition the Bureau studied the development of the organizational structure of the National Contact Center and studied the main organizational structure of the Ministry of Health.
On the other hand, Director General of Organization and Position Budget said, that 1870 employees were allocated in various government entities, and studies of 53 manpower ceilings were completed, and the re-engineering of operations and simplification of procedures for 7 services were also completed.
