Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced that the infrastructure work within Al Bareh, one of its most exclusive residential projects, is on target and well within its expected timeframe of completion.
With a variety of freehold seafront offerings that cater to a wide range of customer requirements, Al Bareh is planned and designed to be one of the leading developments in Diyar Al Muharraq. And in line with the Company’s efforts to carry out the completion of work on one of its most prestigious projects at a steady pace while maintaining its trademark high quality standards, the infrastructure work for Al Bareh is presently undergoing an impressively timed 12 month programme.
Cyprus Cybarco Tabet was appointed to undertake the infrastructure work for the project, and it initiated the implementation of all its contractual obligations to the Project from October 2017, with the work expected to be completed in October 2018. Currently, the secondary infrastructure work within Al Bareh is now ongoing and progress is on track at 15%, with the majority of deep services network being complete.
Once the work is completed, the Project will provide plot owners within the development with a complete infrastructure network, including roads, electricity, water, drainage and telecommunications.

Al Bareh is composed of 3 main products which include, Sea Front Residential Plots dedicated to encompassing high-end villas with fabulous waterfront views overlooking the main canal and that are easily accessible by road, Inner Residential Plots, within walking distance to waterfront parks, appropriately positioned in the heart of Al Bareh, and Residential Investment Plots, with access to parks and community facilities, designated for the construction of low-rise multi-storey buildings. The Al Bareh plots are being offered for sale on a Freehold basis to all nationalities.
Though Al Bareh was initially designed to provide customers solely with plots of land for the development of multi-storey buildings and villas, Diyar Al Muharraq has since planned to build 55 medium and large size villas themselves within the project, which will be subsequently put up for sale as well. The Developer has since started construction on two 2 Waterfront residential villas and 2 Inner residential villas located in the center of the project. The Show Villas are scheduled to be launched in March 2018 for a public preview, while sales of the rest of the villas within Al Bareh will begin in April 2018.
