Diyar Al Muharraq officials received the group of Chinese businessmen at the Diyar Sales Office where they delivered a short presentation showcasing the different aspects of the project. The visitors were then taken on a site visit to Diyar Homes, where they were introduced to some of the Show Villas that exhibit the different designs incorporated within the project. Subsequently, they were taken on a comprehensive tour of Dragon City as well.
Speaking on this occasion, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, Dr. Maher Al Shaer said: “On behalf of Diyar Al Muharraq, it is with great pleasure that I welcome the distinguished gentlemen and ladies who have arrived all the way from China on a visit to our project. Since the primary purpose of the delegation’s visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain is to survey the myriad business and investment opportunities available and to potentially capitalize on them, the visit to Diyar Al Muharraq makes perfect sense with regards to their objective as we have plenty of possibilities for the same that are destined to generate enormous success. Diyar Homes is an example of such projects as it will have far reaching, positive consequences to the economy of the Kingdom whilst augmenting its capacity to provide for those in need of housing solutions.”
Upon its visit to the Diyar Homes neighbourhood, the Chinese delegation were briefed in detailed about the Project; a privately developed residential estate project designed to meet the need for high quality housing standards at affordable prices with a developed infrastructure, and provides the ideal setting for traditional Bahraini family living. The members of the delegation expressed their admiration and the high regard they hold for the diversity in Diyar Al Muharraq’s many projects and stated their assuredness of the potential for enormous success that each of the developments will deliver.
The Chinese businessmen were then also taken on their scheduled visit to Dragon City, the pioneering $100 million project, which, being the first of its kind in the region, has served to transform the regional wholesale and retail industry.
