Enterprise Customers can now access Batelco’s Online Portal

Batelco e-Services now include online functionalities for business customers

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading Business Communications Solutions provider, has launched an online portal for the enterprise sector, as part of its commitment to empower its customers. This functionality is the latest addition to the already established Batelco e-Services, which allows corporate customers to login to the portal by inputting their Commercial Registration (CR) number.

The portal provides a suite of benefits for organisations as it allows business users to access information regarding their data circuits. The portal also provides users with rapid support services and has a dedicated Live Chat line for Enterprise Support. Specialists from the Batelco Service Management Centre (SMC) will be available on-hand to chat with and support business customers.

Batelco launches this portal with the aim of empowering and supporting its data and connectivity business customers further. On this occasion, Batelco’s Enterprise Division A/General Manager Donya Al-Ansari stressed that Batelco places customer satisfaction and empowerment at the core of its business.

“The portal will provide our customers with clear and complete views of all their data circuits, as well as equip them with an easy means to request further services,” she said.

Batelco once more reiterates its commitment to supporting all businesses with their network requirements. Batelco is capable of facilitating local and global services due to its established presence in all major areas including the Middle East, Europe, the US, Asia and Africa.
