Galleria Mall, Bahrain’s exclusive open-plan shopping destination in New Zinj, is joining hands with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization – ITPO and the Arab International Center for Entrepreneurship and Investment, in hosting a Bahrain Entrepreneurs’ Eid Pop-Up Bazaar.
The event will take place on the second and third evenings of Eid and feature Bahraini entrepreneurs who are building creative businesses in fashion, food, traditional crafts, floral décor, accessories and special entertainment for children. The Pop-Up Bazaar will run from 7 to 11 p.m. and will take place in the fountain area of the mall next to Tim Horton.
“We are excited to join hands with UNIDO-ITPO / AICEI to support and offer a platform for Bahraini entrepreneurs,” said a Galleria Mall spokesman, “The Eid evenings are all about family fun and shoppers will enjoy valuable retail therapy with products and foods made in Bahrain!”
Dr. Hashim Hussein, Head of the UNIDO-ITPO in Bahrain said, “We have many creative and successful entrepreneurs– this Eid Pop-Up Market platform at Galleria Mall will give them a great retail space to market their finished goods.”
The Mall is working on a truly hands-on experience for shoppers, in keeping with the festival mood. With plenty of interactive fun such as henna and face-painting, children’s snap classes on decorating macaroons and cupcakes, a stilt walker, balloon twister and a bouncy castle, the family fun quotient will be very high.
The Entrepreneurs Market will also showcase Bahraini zari embroidery and traditional crafts in addition to some truly trendy jewellery, food fashion, floral decor and accessories from will surely win shoppers’ hearts.
