Era Projects returns to The Bahrain International Property Exhibition this year held on October 26th-28th under the His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa at the Bahrain International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Era will launch their new developments EraView, a prime residential building located in Juffair and Era 58, a commercial building in the Diplomatic area.
Era View is in the heart of Al Fateh road, just opposite to Coral Bay. This strategic location has equipped the tower with an uninterrupted sea & city sight. Era View has 37 floors and the 37th being a penthouse, The tall and strong residential building comprises of 224 apartments, off which two floors are for facilities which will engross a swimming pool, gyms for men & women, steam, bath, sauna, jogging path, squash court, indoor ludic area & a mini theatre. Given the access attribute of Era View, the tower retains an ease of entrance and exit, from and to other surroundings. The project is close to prime hotels, shopping malls and dining places. 62% percent of the project has already been sold within months after the launch.
In addition to their residential projects, Era Projects aims at launching Era 58 which is strategically located at the Diplomat Area. Era 58 is a high rise commercial property with a business center with 24hrs security, reception and helpdesk and other facilities. The spaces provided range from 62- 81sqm starting at BD 54,000 only.

BIPEX is an annual event that brings together major Bahraini real estate investors, development companies, financial institutions, legal institutions and consumers to showcase projects, reach and discuss and make decisions in an open environment. BIPEX is organized by Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), and continues to grow as a direct result of increased investment projects among public and private sectors of the economy, the organizers say.
In last year’s BIPEX event, the exhibition highlighted real estate assets worth $60 billion, a significant rise from $52 billion in its previous edition. The 2015 show attracted more than 7,000 unique visitors of whom 24% travelled from outside of Bahrain.
