The newly added section – which is also available on the National Portal bahrain.bh – brings users a range of features like Driving School Services which enables users to search for driving instructors as well as book a driving test appointment; Vehicle Record Enquiry and the Payment of Criminal Orders that is accessible for individuals with violations like speed or passing a red light. Others include the Issuance of Lost or Damaged Driving License; Issuance of Traffic Certificate for individuals and commercial registrations; along with the availability of the Traffic Certificate Verification to verify the validity of issued certificates.
The popular app includes numerous other services like the King Fahad Causeway Insurance which avoids you from queuing at insurance booths to pass the causeway with an insured vehicle; Reserved Plate Numbers Renewal within the service ‘My Traffic Records’; Discount of Vehicle Registration Renewal Fees (an exclusive service for the elderly Bahraini vehicle owners) within the ‘Quick Services’ service which also consists of payment of traffic contraventions, renewal of vehicle and license registrations. Other features embrace Payment History that displays details of all transactions conducted by the user, along with SMS Traffic Notifications service that notifies users of any traffic contraventions.
Provided in joint collaboration between the GDT, Information & eGovernment Authority, National Oil & Gas Authority as well as United Insurance Company; the One-Stop-Shop app combines other useful on-road features like updating contact details, fuel enquiry and locations of fuel stations, amongst many others that may assist app users seeking services for themselves, employees, car sales, rentals as well as insurance companies to easily and quickly process transactions.
