eTraffic App newly upgraded

The newly upgraded eTraffic app comes with additional services and improved features that you may enjoy and may not find available on the National Portal (Bahrain.bh) for a stress-free user-experience and to avoid the wait in long queues at the General Directorate of Traffic.

The accessible design of the user-friendly app comprises almost all the traffic services through simplified log-in of user information. eTraffic is provided in joint collaboration between General Directorate of Traffic, Information & eGovernment Authority, National Oil & Gas Authority as well as United Insurance Company. The mobile app includes many new features and services under one umbrella and are divided them into categories –‘ My Traffic Records’ provides users with the service of renewing Reserved Plate Numbers; enables them to update their contact details as well as receive SMS notification service to notify them to renew their driving licenses and car registrations or spot any traffic contraventions.

Other features embrace the King Fahad Causeway Insurance, Discount of Vehicle Registration Renewal Fees (an exclusive service for the elderly Bahraini vehicle owners) within the ‘Quick Services’ which also include payment of traffic contraventions, renewal of vehicle and license registrations. Payment History also displays details of all transactions conducted by the user.

The One-Stop-Shop app combines other useful on-road features like fuel enquiry and locations of fuel stations, amongst many others that may assist app users seeking services for themselves, employees, car sales, rentals as well as insurance companies to easily and quickly process transactions.

To download the app, please visit the eGovernment Apps Store Bahrain.bh/apps. For any suggestions or enquiries on the app, please contact us via Bahrain.bh/tawasul.
