Accompanying Russian Media Delegation Presented with Array of Jaguar and Land Rover Vehicles
Euro Motors, the exclusive dealer and distributor for luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the handing over of a fleet of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles to a Russian Media Delegation that visited the Kingdom to cover the FIA WEC 6 Hours of Bahrain, one of the most globally popular annual auto-racing events, where the G-Drive Racing trio of Roman Rusinov, Julien Canal and Sam Bird won first position in the LMP2 class.
With the Kingdom of Bahrain being ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, the Kingdom rightly played host to the eighth and final round of the 2015 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) on Friday, the 20th and Saturday, the 21st of November in the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir.
The delegation arrived on the 19th of November and was here throughout the duration of the 2 day spectacular, extending their stay up to the 23rd of November as they toured the Kingdom along with Roman Rusinov, a Russian auto racing driver who currently races for the G-Drive Racing crew and is the incumbent leader in the LMP2 teams’ championship.
Roman Rusinov is one of the world’s leading sportsmen, being a highly celebrated F1 driver with an illustrious career whose win trajectory only seems to go upwards with each race. He is the only Russian F1 driver in the racing world and the crowning jewel in his highly impressive resumé is that he is Jaguar’s Brand Ambassador in Russia; and to befit the prestigious position he holds, Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover presented him with a stunning white Jaguar F-TYPE for him to drive around in as he toured the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Russian Media Delegation, meanwhile, were given Jaguar’s latest take of its biggest selling and most awarded car, the sleek, dynamic and daring all-new Jaguar XF, the most advanced, efficient and refined sports saloon car that Jaguar has ever produced, the Jaguar XE, the customer focused and elite Range Rover Evoque and the Land Rover Discovery Sport, which has been billed as the world’s most versatile and capable premium compact SUV, during their visit to the new $30 million Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover showroom. The visiting contingent drove around in the most capable, luxurious and performance oriented cars that the global automobile industry has to offer as they followed Roman Rusinov around during his tour of the Kingdom of Bahrain and as they covered the FIA WEC 6 Hours of Bahrain.
To add to the enormous degree of hospitality shown by both Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover and the Kingdom of Bahrain, Roman Rusinov and the Russian Delegation were also taken to the Land Rover Experience Bahrain to give them a tour of the only such centre in the Middle East and to let them have a go at the pioneering and challenging off-road course.

The FIA World Endurance Championship is an auto racing world championship organized by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO) and sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA).The series feature multiple classes of cars competing in endurance races, with sports prototypes competing in the Le Mans Prototype categories, and production-based grand tourers competing in the LM GTE categories.
