Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover Conducts Training and Team Building Event for Service Centre Employees at Land Rover Experience Bahrain.

Euro Motors, the exclusive dealer and distributor for luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover in the Kingdom of Bahrain, successfully held a training and team building event for the Service Centre employees at the Land Rover Experience Bahrain on 20th October 2016.

The training and team building event, which brought together a total of 20 employees from the Service Center, was a huge success that saw them witness and experience the capabilities of the various Land Rover vehicles available at the Land Rover Experience Bahrain. The team consisted of service manager, workshop manager, service advisors and technicians.

While having an extensive insight on the vehicles, the staff also got a chance to meet the highly qualified Land Rover Experience instructors and acquire valuable information on the off-road capabilities of Land Rover vehicles. The Land Rover Experience team at BIC consists of qualified and certified instructors with the lead instructors sent to the UK to complete their training; hence the Service Center employees were also given a unique opportunity to interact with professionals who have an enhanced understanding of the Land Rover brand itself.

image-1Speaking on the significance of the event, the General Manager of Euro Motors, Mr. Paul Yates said; “The tremendously successful Land Rover Experience has not only been providing our customers with an incredible experience inside a Land Rover but also have been continually showcasing the agility and versatility of our vehicles. The team building event stands as a great opportunity for our Service Center employees to have a comprehensive understanding of how Land Rover vehicles perform under various challenging conditions”.

Therefore, we make it a priority that every member of all departments, be it customer service, sales or any of the other sections in the organization, are regularly sent on training and team building workshops throughout the year.  Our staff is also sent abroad to attend professional training workshops on a yearly basis in order to enhance their technical and professional skills. This is done essentially with our customers in mind, based on the fact that the better trained our employees are, the better our services will be. Along with all of its technical advantages, the visit to Land Rover Experience allows our Service Center team to build stronger connections amongst themselves which in turn results in better performances both as a team and individually,” he added.

Located in the heart of the Sakhir desert within the grounds of BIC, the Land Rover Experience Centre Bahrain covers 3.5 kilometres of varying terrains such as sand, rock, hill and water landscapes. There are 32 natural and man-made obstacles allowing guests to traverse terrain including slide slopes, humps, rocks, gravel roads and watercourses, all the while assessing the driving environment, maximising the capability and technology of the vehicle and most importantly developing driving skills in the world’s most capable luxury vehicles.

The Experience Drives are unique and tailored to all guests, no matter what their skill level. The experiences range from a passenger ride through to a driving experience. All include an explanation of the Land Rover technologies on offer, instruction on how to best utilise these, and most importantly the chance to put them into action.

With the fleet of Land Rover vehicles being renewed annually, customers are offered an opportunity to experience the awe-inspiring capabilities of the latest and best SUVs in the world.
