Figures & Stats.. Discover it all in ‘Bahrain in Figures’

Got a research paper to write?… Studying, drafting a thesis or searching for the latest official statistics in Bahrain?… Look no further, the ‘Bahrain in Figures’ booklet is now online on data.gov.bh, and is free-of-charge to provide you with the latest figures, statistics and indicators of different statistics sector in the Kingdom.

The General Directorate of Statistic at the Information & eGovernment Authority  working to collect and deliver interested researchers, officials and decision-makers in various governmental entities as well as international organizations within and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain with the most accurate and updated data and statistical information.

From population, area, births, deaths, marriages, health, education, tourism, agriculture, labor and financial stats to transportation and fisheries figures; the annual booklet’s got it all at the Bahrain Open Data Portal (www.data.gov.bh). Other fields include divorce rates, output and prices, money and banking, oil and gas, electricity, water and meteorological conditions.

Following the collection of data, conducted surveys as well as field visits to hundreds of private companies by all government entities working hand-in-hand with iGA to launch such rich, voluminous booklet in order to assist the public, businesses, governmental entities and the country in planning, determining future strategies and monitoring current progress of development plans.
