Leading Dubai-based property developer The First Group has taken possession of its first hotel development located in the heart of Dubai Marina: a 32-storey, 486-room, four-star property flagged under the globally recognized Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® brand.
Known as Wyndham Dubai Marina, the handover marks a major milestone for The First Group, which has built its reputation on developing high-quality serviced apartments and aparthotels in Dubai. The hotel will be managed by Wyndham Hotel Group and is set to become one of Dubai Marina’s landmark properties when it opens for business later this month.
