First Motors Hosts Genesis Concierge Service Training Programme

First Motors, the exclusive distributor of Genesis vehicles in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently hosted a training programme on the Genesis Concierge Service for a number of its employees at the First Motors Showroom, Sitra.

The training event was provided by Hyundai MENA and conducted by the General Manager of Aspire in Europe, Middle East & North Africa and India, Mr. Duncan Hardie. Staff members from the Sales, Marketing, CRM and Service departments participated in the comprehensive workshop, which took place over the course of a single day, and were each provided with a certificate for successfully completing the seminar.

The training elaborated on the Concierge Service that is being offered on all the cars in the line-up of the recently recreated luxury vehicle segment of Hyundai Motors, Genesis Motors.
