Quest Arabiya hit the social media airways in true extreme-sport style yesterday as it tweeted the name of its new program, Nabd Al Moghamara’, during freefall from 13,000 feet.

MENA’s new factual entertainment channel, which launched in December, was promoting its new adrenalin-fuelled series which has now gone into production, being shot in locations across the region from the Maghreb to the Levant

As well as committing to delivering quality regional content the channel is also passionate about engaging with its Pan-Arab audience across all social media platforms and has clocked up over 100,000 followers on Facebook already. Yesterday’s high velocity tweet, carried out by the experts at Skydive Dubai, was the perfect way to demonstrate that aim.

Last week Quest Arabiya also announced that its new flagship show is scheduled to hit our TV screens on March 13, 2016 and introduced its two new presenters, Hussein Gazzazz, a 30-year-old Saudi Egyptian skydiving fanatic and 29-year-old Lebanese rock climbing enthusiast, Ghida Arnaout.

Nabd Al Moghamara, Arabic for “Pulse of Adventure”, will follow Hussein and Ghida’s journey through stunning landscapes as they experience the most daring pursuits the region has to offer. Production has already started on episodes that will include deep water solo climbing in Oman, white water rafting in Morocco, snow-paragliding in Lebanon and dune-bashing in the UAE.
