Fontana Real Estate launches state-of-the-art Fontana Suites

Under the patronage of his Excellency Sh. Mohammed bin Khalifa AlKhalifa, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Fontana Real Estate launched their latest project, “Fontana Suites”. Fontana Suites is the result of the successful partnership between Kooheji Contractors who were responsible of the construction, and the dependable facility management of Royal Ambassador Property Management who were responsible of managing the project. Located in the Juffair District, Fontana Suites is a unique concept most recent addition to the Fontana collection making its mark as a new, trendy, and modern landmark unlike anything ever launched in Bahrain before.

The building is a state of the art, built to precise standards and world-class design, deeming it a beacon of refinement and distinction in Bahrain. The suites pave way for a luxury quality lifestyle that fuses both comfort and class, along with the edge of living in the heart of Juffair, a blink away from the bustling social scene.

The luxury encompasses 373 units, and each of the suites represent a pinnacle of the smart architectural innovations. The units comprise of design, quality and style, elevating a newer standard for suites living. The options of the units account for studio style living, or one, two and three bedroom suites.

Fontana Suites will be the host of Bahrain’s largest landscaped waterfall, at 4 meters tall, and 16 meters wide. Additionally, residents and guests can enjoy the spaces behind the fall, to capture and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the landscape. The landscape architects at Fontana Suites pursued to create a haven of tranquility by pivoting on leafy green plans to enhance the outdoor experience.

His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), speaking at the official opening of Fontana Suites: “I would like to congratulate all the officials of Al-Kooheji Company and in particular Mr. Abdulghafar Al-Kooheji on the opening of the modern Fontana Suites which provides a luxurious experience to the residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain.” His Excellency praised the role of Al-Kooheji Company in establishing advanced projects that attract all segments of society and continued by saying: “The establishment of such projects creates an attractive environment for local and international investments, and RERA is committed to provide all necessary support to real estate projects and the beneficiaries of its services, and I would like to wish Al-Kooheji company success in existing and future projects”.
