Let’s get the ingredients listed:

Ingredients (Serves: 1 person)   

350 grams chicken with bone ,cut into 5 or 6 pieces

3 table spoon veg oil

1 teaspoon chilli powder

40 grams ginger

25 grams garlic

2 medium sized tomatoes

1 medium sized onion

1/2 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 green chillis

Method 

  • Heat oil in  the karahi.
  • Add grinded garlic and ginger.
  • Let it get fried  and then add chilli powder and salt.
  • Now add half cup water and stir.
  • Add grinded tomatoes and onion.
  • Add salt and zeera and stir. Then, add chicken pieces and stir well.
  • The dish should be ready in 10 minutes.  You can also garnish it with coriander and ginger.

The mouth-wateringly spicy Chicken Karahi is ready for you, and can be served with white rice, chapatis or parathas.
