Mexican Cuisine at its Best
In keeping with the quintessential spirit of viva la fiesta, Fiesta Mexicana showcases the rich and exotic flavours of Mexico through the eyes of Mexican-born Chef de Cuisine Christian Buenrostro.
It is a picturesque sight to witness how guests enjoy panoramic Bahrain Bay views from their table dressed in Mexican colours and indulge their senses in an authentic Mexican menu showcasing fresh and sustainable items such as poached prawns, calamari, octopus and red snapper at the lavish ceviche station as well as an inviting guacamole corner. Signature menu items include a wide variety of chicken and beef dishes including tacos, fajitas and quesadillas stations.
To make this experience memorable, the culinary experience ends with a sweet and spicy twist on the regular dessert menu, featuring crispy churros, a tempting gelato station with Mexican flavours such as avocado, Piña Colada, cajeta and hibiscus, not to mention the milky pan tres leches prepared exclusively by Pastry Chef Imad Boukli.
