Commemorating its 1st anniversary, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay announces the launch of its enhanced food and beverage program featuring Fiesta Mexicana and Fisherman’s Night taking place at Bahrain Bay Kitchen.

Helmed by Executive Chef Stefano Andreoli, the new concepts have come to life under the auspices of Chef de Cuisine Christian Buenrostro with dessert offerings crafted by the Hotel’s Pastry Chef Imad Boukli.

Mexican Cuisine at its Best

In keeping with the quintessential spirit of viva la fiesta, Fiesta Mexicana showcases the rich and exotic flavours of Mexico through the eyes of Mexican-born Chef de Cuisine Christian Buenrostro.

It is a picturesque sight to witness how guests enjoy panoramic Bahrain Bay views from their table dressed in Mexican colours and indulge their senses in an authentic Mexican menu showcasing fresh and sustainable items such as poached prawns, calamari, octopus and red snapper at the lavish ceviche station as well as an inviting guacamole corner. Signature menu items include a wide variety of chicken and beef dishes including tacos, fajitas and quesadillas stations.

To make this experience memorable, the culinary experience ends with a sweet and spicy twist on the regular dessert menu, featuring crispy churros, a tempting gelato station with Mexican flavours such as avocado, Piña Colada, cajeta and hibiscus, not to mention the milky pan tres leches prepared exclusively by Pastry Chef Imad Boukli.

Fresh Catches from the Local Fishermen Take Centre Stage 

Led by Executive Chef Stefano Andreoli, the food and beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has blown up the regular seafood night concept, taking guests and the experience to new professional heights.

Bahrain Bay Kitchen restaurant’s new concept Fisherman’s Night specialises in delicious seafood cuisine made from the freshest local ingredients.  Inspired by the Arabian Gulf and the exotic fish markets in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Executive Chef Stefano Andreoli proudly showcases an innovative menu displayed on the inviting counters of the seafood bar with fresh oyster, mussel, octopus and prawn; the smoked fish as well as the sushi and nigiri stations of locally-sourced products; and the freshest seafood the food and beverage team flies in from different parts of the world.
