In line with its efforts to support the month of Breast Cancer Awareness, GARMCO, the Bahrain-based international aluminum rolling mill and one of the largest downstream aluminum facilities in the Middle East, took part in Bahrain Cancer Society’s annual walkathon that took part on Saturday 29th of October 2016 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
A number of employees from GARMCO took part in the walkathon which also hosted activities and entertainment. Employees were also encouraged to wear pink during working hours on the 27th of October to help raise awareness on the important cause.
